The most common issue brands face with manufacturers isn't quality alone — it's communication. Samples look right, but bulk production differs. Issues aren't flagged early, timelines slip, and decision-makers become inaccessible.
Tamarā was built to solve this problem through three guiding principles.
Open visibility into every stage of production — no hidden hand-offs.
The same people you speak with are the ones answering for the work.
Founders on the floor, sample to shipment. No layers between you and the product.
We are a women-led boutique manufacturing studio based in Delhi, specializing in small-run sampling and bulk production for women's wear brands — with a minimum order quantity of 50–100 pieces per style, designed for emerging and growing labels.
Delhi offers a unique combination of dressmaking expertise, artisanal craftsmanship, and production discipline — a rare alignment that defines how we work.
Rimjhim came from the studio, and Sugandh came from the business side. When they started Tamarā, it wasn't to fill a gap in the market. It was because they'd both spent long enough watching good craft go unnoticed, and decided to do something about it.

We are intentionally selective about our first partnerships and prioritize accountability, quality, and long-term relationships over volume.
